For all of our customers overseas we try our best to keep postage costs to a minimium. Our postage costs start at £11.95 to the European Union and £14.95 to the rest of the world. SHIPPING TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS

I am sorry but it is not possible to ship to a different shipping address with your first order. However after your first order this should be acceptable. Any problems regarding this please email enquiries@josephm.com

 

 

UK DELIVERY

UK delivery includes UK, BFPO and the Channel Isles. Please note that we always send 1st class (signed for) which often arrives the next day, however it can sometimes take a few days. If you are not at the billing address the Postman should leave a calling card for you to go and collect the parcel from the Post Office. We have an excellent loyal customer base and feedback, please see our Happy Customers page. The girls at JosephM always aim always aim to post within 3 working days, however if the item is not in stock, there may be a delay as we may have to order in for you. However we do aim to post your item as soon as your order comes through.

If you wish to have 'next day guaranteed delivery' please select this at the checkout. Next day guaranteed delivery costs £6.95 and will be delivered before 1pm the next day excluding Sundays. Please note in order to guarantee next day delivery please place your order before 1pm.   Please note that any next day deliveries ordered on a Friday before 1pm will get to you on Monday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all of our customers overseas we try our best to keep postage costs to a minimium. Our postage costs start at £11.95 to the European Union and £14.95 for USA and the rest of the world.

If you would like us to use DHL, Fedex or UPS to deliver your item please email us and we can send you a quote of how much it will be.

VAT

When VAT is applicable, this is removed from the amount of any order of 20%.

Just like our UK delivery we aim to ship your order within 3 days. We send all of our items by signed for ceritified parcels, if you are not in when the item arrives, the Post Man should leave a card through your door, the parcel is left at your Post Office for your collection. Please note that you must collect as soon as possible.

We expect European post to take between 3 - 7 working days, USA and the rest of the world 7 - 14 days. If you think that your parcel is taking too long please contact us to get the Certified number to help you search for it at your Post Office.

Expedited parcels to the USA, we use DHL/UPS up to 500g it can cost around £25.00, items above can cost more. Please email us if you want a quotation of this type of shipping cost enquiries@josephm.com.
