Ordering over the internet with JosephM is the safest and most secure method of paying . We have a ‘Secure Site’ called ‘Secure Hosting’ that protects and makes your payment the safest possible. However if you do not want to place an order over the internet, we will try to manually place your order over the telephone. One of our members of staff will manually put your order and card details through our ‘Secure Site’ simply telephone our store on +44 (0) 1325 483331.
We accept all major credit/debit cards worldwide apart from American Express. We also accept UK cheques made to JosephM, with your name and address on the back of the cheque. Bank transfers from UK or worldwide, contact us for details. We accept cash (sent at your own risk). We accept Postal Orders (sent at your own risk). We also accept Paypal, please see below.
Yes if you have a verified address and pay the additional 4% charge, please email us for our Paypal details at email@example.com.
All shipments are subject to availability and credit card verification, if we do not have the item, we will email you to inform you and refund your card for the relevant item.

As soon as we received confirmation from suppliers that we can the particular item for your, our staff will contact you to let you know. When you reach final billing page and click on ‘submit order’ we will immediately contact your bank for their authorisation to take payment out of your account. Payment is sometimes note authorised, if this is the case an email will be sent to try to resolve the query and nature of the case. However if we cannot resolve a query for some reason and cannot ship your order, a full refund will be issued to your card. If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an email advising you of the reason why. Please note that some issuing Banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time.
We will try our best to try to change your order if you contact us at the right time, we can change orders for size, colours etc, simply email email@example.com . However may I point out that it could be too late as we may have already processed and posted your order.

As soon as we have all of your order we endeavour to ship straight away, we use 1st class Royal Mail signed for and will reach you within 3 working days. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific date for standard delivery orders. However if you require an order for a specific date then we suggest you use our ‘Next Working Day Delivery’ service (see question below).
Yes of course, please state that you want this in the comments box at checkout stage and we will add a cost of £2.00 to your order and get the item sent out that day (if we have item in stock).

One of our members of staff will only be too happy to confirm your tracking number where you can trace your parcel online at royalmail.com, simply click on track and trace and input your number. It will then confirm where your parcel is (this also applies to overseas customers).
We ship all over the world, and for all our customers overseas, we try our very best to keep the postage costs to a minimum. Our postage costs start at £5.95 to Europe and £6.95 to USA and the rest of the world. If any charges come to more than £9.00 (depending on how many items you have ordered) we will email you regarding the cost and for your authorisation. Refer to ‘Delivery’ for more information and our time scales.
Unfortunately we cannot advise you in advance of a reduced product, or reimburse you the difference after you placed the order

It could be that you registered with a different email address? This is often the case that people forget which email they used to register with us. You must use the exact email address and password that you first registered with us in order to log back into the site. Maybe you have forgotten your password? If so we can send you a password to the email address you registered with. Just fill in the box ‘Forgotten Password’ and our site will email you a new password to you. If you order is a big order, we may need to split your parcels into more than one, maybe two or three to keep the post costs down for you, therefore you may receive 1 order of 2, don’t worry as the other parcel(s) is on its way.
