UK Returns

For website orders only we are happy to accept unworn returned items (with all original tags on) for exchange or refund if the item is unworn and returned within 10 days of receiving your item (for UK customers).

However UK customers must contact us either by email to enquiries@josephm.com or telephone +44(0) 1325 483331 within 72 hours of receiving the item. This way we can note our records accordingly to await your return. Please confirm your order no with your return to make it easier for us to trace our records.

Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection using our correct postal address (see below).

If found to have a manufacturing defect you will be offered a refund or exchange. Please note that if you return and wish to exchange for any other items shipping costs will apply.

We at JosephM advise you to return your goods by 'signed for' as it is not our responsibility if a returned item goes missing through the post.

Goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. Please note that Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped. Fully complete the returns form, this will ensure that you receive your refund or replacement goods promptly. All information regarding your purchase was sent to the email address you supplied whilst placing your order. If using any address label please attach securely to the package. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof you have sent the package. (The Post Office do not charge for issuing these certificates)

EU and International Returns

Should you need to return your goods, you will need to inform us straight away at enquiries@josephm.com (within 4 working days) and pay for the return postage.

Please ensure that you declare the goods as "unwanted returns" for customs. If you fail to do so, we shall be charged import duty by customs. We shall pass any such charge on to you when refunding your card / exchanging your goods.

You should be able to find details about this in the documentation provided by most couriers, if you are unsure, please contact your courier.
